The mountain gorilla from the tropical rainforests of southwestern Uganda and the border of Uganda, Rwanda and the democratic republic of Congo. Endangered status due to being caught in the crossfire of civil war, hunted for food and the poaching of their infants. They also live in National Parks that are reducing in size as the land is used for farming.
