Margaret Macdonald Mackintosh was a late 19th century / early 20th century English-born artist who worked in Scotland. She specialized in Art Nouveau, Symbolism and her work, along with her husband's (Charles Rennie MacKintosh), defined The Glasgow Style. This included a fusion of influences including the Celtic Revival, the Arts and Crafts Movement and Japonisme.
