Title : 小浜掘川 (Obama Horikawa / Hori River, Obama) Souvenirs of Travel, 1st Series The Horikawa River used to be located in Obama City, Fukui Prefecture. Storehouses can be seen along the river. Artist :川瀬巴水 (Kawase Hasui / かわせ はすい) He was a printmaker active from the Taisho to Showa periods. He traveled throughout Japan and painted lyrical depictions of the beautiful local scenery.
