Create a custom bookstore / book club flyer for events surrounding the bicentennial celebration for the 200th birthday of poet Walt Whitman (May 31, 2019) and his epic book of poetry: Leaves of Grass. The book was issued in several different editions spanning from the years 1855, for the first edition of 12 poems, to 1892 when the final edition was published. Whitman introduced the "free verse" style of poetry which shocked the halls of literature, but gained the praise of contemporary writers Alfred, Lord Tennyson and Ralph Waldo Emerson.
