1914 Map, Salt Lake City and Orr's Ranch Poster
This is an enlarged print of a map from an early auto guide book published in 1914. It includes the old road from Salt Lake City west to Orr’s Ranch and includes Grantsville. Orr's Ranch was a stop on the old Lincoln Highway. The map also includes some fun small thumbnail photos of an auto store, Kanaka Ranch, and a “church school”. This version includes a "printed" green mat border and title that makes it ready to frame. It is set for a 16 x 20 size. If you want 16 x 20, select customize or “add image and text” and set to 16x20. There is also a version of this with a plain white background and title. The “Hamilton’s Illustrated Auto Roadmap” book had 200 strip maps of California, Nevada and Utah and included small photos of landmarks along the way. Published before the days of AAA books and guides. A fun reprint of automobile history!
