I love it though, and it's so much more fun designing all this than plowing through my one flooded house and all the memories and failed repairs I am experiencing - left by my parents and their and mine 12 hours away hit by 2 recent hurricanes .... : ( See my FLAG COLLECTION ... I just wish your restaurant was here since having graduated from the University of Arizona and living with family in California a while, going in to to Mexico often, and loving the culture, it was almost embarrassing taking my beloved Mother for Mexican food elsewhere. She would say to us, "This is not as good as what we had in Mexico or California .... etc.". Gosh, I miss her hourly though.
