Christmas can be difficult. I've found myself "So...this is Christmas" at some point during the holiday year for at least a day or so for as long as i can remember. I illustrated a custom Santa Claus (or Krampus if you prefer) with a toothy grin. I start every card with a sketch and spend hours, days and times trying to refine and adding detail.
