Refd Up In Seattle with Replacement Referees Placemat Affiliate icon

They can pay an NFL player $20 million but they can't agree on giving an official referee the raise that they are asking for. While NFL referees are on strike, replacement refs have taken their place. Their judgement hasn't been the best starting with the first games of the season. The worst blunder ever came on 9/24/12 with the Green Bay Packers at the Seattle Seahawks. The last few seconds of the game, Green Bay safety Jennings caught the football just before Seattle receiver Golden Tate got his own hands on it. Afterwards Jennings pulled the ball into his chest, establishing possession. The fake refs called it a touchdown by Tate. They really ref'd up!
