This colorful boho calendar features a variety of different bright, vibrant, whimsical cartoon drawings of Mexican style folk art animals by artist Debbie Hart. The creatures range from cats and dogs to deer, bunny rabbits, squirrels, horses and birds (crows or ravens). Each month features a different hand-drawn, hand-painted bohemian style watercolor animal on a coordinated brightly colored background. Many of the animals have intricate, multicolored markings inspired by the bright patterns found on Oaxacan carved and painted folk art animal figurines, called alebrijes.
