3 Day Walking Shoes Ceramic Ornament
If you’ve never walked in a Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer 3-Day, this picture may not mean very much to you. The 3-Day is a grueling, challenging fundraiser that requires all of it’s participant’s to raise at least $2,300 and attempt to walk 60 Miles in 3 days, all in an attempt to aggressively end breast cancer. My wife an I have walked 14 (and counting) between us. Needless to say, it’s a very moving, inspirational experience. This picture is metaphoric of the experience. A subtle pink ribbon, symbolic of breast cancer, a not so subtle pair of sneakers (New Balance is a sponsor of the event). This picture is characterized by tight, concise line work, delicate shading, and simplicity.
