William Morris Golden Lily 1899 CC1228 Sketchbook Notebook
Sketchbook inspired by a beautiful floral pattern released by the William Morris company. Designer is John Henry Dearle (1859 – 1932) who at this time was the Art Director of the William Morris company. The pattern is titled Golden Lily and dated 1899. This version is a little different compared to the earlier ones. The flowers are set against a dark blue background, full of dots in a lighter blue color. Even the lilies have changed color and are now a light and soft hue of cyan. A great sketchbook for everyone who loves the swirling floral wallpapers of William Morris. Customize the sketchbook by adding your own name (default is William Morris!). If needed, the name plate can be resized. Just open the group inside the design editor and adjust the parts.
