A decorative ceramic Tile featuring an image of the Constitution, a part of the Stars and Stripes and a bald eagle, surrounded by a red and blue border. Since the Constitution/Flag image did not fill the space, a matching yellowish background color was set to fill background up to the edges (background color can be changed).
