Metaphysical Spiritual Encouragement Card
It is said that worry is like a prayer for the unwanted. So many worries are for not, and even if it is a "real" worry, it still doesn't' do any good to worry. This little holistic poem it meant to quiet that worry voice. Because really, right now is what matters, and in this moment, you are okay. The poem reads: Treat your worries like birds in the sky, Acknowledge their presence, and let them fly by. Quiet your thoughts, quiet your mind, In this state is where you will find, The calm, the peace, the presence of soul, The everlasting spirit that does not die or grow old. There in the stillness, there when you breathe, a source that’s within you and will never leave. The answer is simple, the question complex, Do not worry about the future or what’s coming next, Just know in this moment that you are okay, Let all your worries just fly away. Many times I am told that these cards are kept, sometimes framed.
