CHATEAU NOIR BY PAUL CEZANNE DECOUPAGE WRAPPING PAPER
A richly colorful and moody painting by the French artist Paul Cezanne completed later in his career at the turn of the 20th century. It was said that he became more somber and moody as his career progressed and he sought to paint subjects that matched his demenor. The Chateau Noir was a subject Cezanne painted several times, and was shrouded in mystery and legends due in part to its gothic architecture and wooded surroundings. NOTE: For Decoupage artists, this matte wrapping paper is approximately 3 times the thickness of the 18lb decoupage tissue paper.
