Every spring in Skagit Valley, about 60 miles north of Seattle, hundreds of acres of tulip bloom at the same time. The Skagit Valley Tulip Festival draws thousands of folks to see, photograph, and just plain enjoy millions of tulips. It is quite a site. Mt.
