"The Nutcracker" is a vintage collage that depicts themes related to Tchaikovsky's wonderful 1892 ballet, itself based on Hoffman's original 1816 story. Clara receives the help of her godfather Uncle Drosselmeyer. The Nutcracker Prince fends off the Mouse King. Clara shows her love for him by dancing as the Sugar Plum Fairy.
