This was originally a photograph that I took of a beautiful field of bluebonnet flowers blooming in late April that was growing wild off of a state road in Texas. I was so fascinated by their beauty, that I wanted to find our more about this particular flower, and found the information so interesting, that I wanted to share it with my viewers. I enhanced my original photograph digitally creating an artistic painting as the background. The information shown in my artwork was researched from numerous articles and facts. This is a one of a kind piece that I hope you find a place for in your home, office or as a gift to someone that also admires the bluebonnets.
