Ingredient List - ingredients of the food product, listed in descending order of predominance by weight; 4. Statement of Responsibility - the name and address of the business; 5. The following statement in ten-point type: “This Product is Home Produced.” Note that if you make any nutritional or health claims, you will need a different, more involved label.
