今å·ç¾©å…ƒ: Imagawa Yoshimoto, was a pre-eminent daimyo in the Sengoku period Japan who is considered on par with Takeda and Uesugi, based in Suruga Province, he was one of the three daimyos that dominated the Tokaido region. During his march to Tokyo to become Shogun in 1560, he was dramtically defeated and killed by Oda Nobunaga in Okehazama with suprise attack after a storm. This marked the end of the Imagawa clan and the rise of Oda. æ±æµ·é“一ã®å¼“å–ã‚Š: The top samurai of Tokaido, is the nickname of Yoshimoto due to his domination in the Eastern Sea circuit of Japan at the time. In the background is the kamon (family crest) of Sanada, Imagawa Akadori (今å·èµ¤é³¥) or "Imagawa Phoenix" on the left and Futatsu hikiryo (二ã¤å¼•ä¸¡) or "Double Line", on top is the armor set of Yoshimoto, and his samurai signature on the right side.
