Described as: Australian Art in the Aboriginal Style from Skye's Australian Aboriginal Desert Art Collection II About "Animal Tracks" by Skye Ryan-Evans © (2007) Created in the traditional Australian Aboriginal style, this highly detailed depiction of Outback or Desert animals will appeal to those who have an interest in Aboriginal artforms. The artwork shows "live" snakes, a Kangaroo and a Lizard all heading towards a common watering-hole (known in Australia as a Billabong). All around them the now fading tracks of many desert animals trek across the "map" heading towards and away from the various waterholes in the region. The art "map" shows 3 major Billabongs with the main one showing three important streams or rivers feeding into the pool as tributaries. The earth beneath is parched and devoid of obvious plantforms, depicting the harsh environment to which these amazing animals have so cleverly adapted. My sincere thanks to Skye for donating this beautiful artwork so I can raise funding for Habitat for Humanity. 25% from royalties earned from sales of this beautiful neo-primitive art print, is donated directly to Habitat for Humanity here in North America. Thanks for viewing this exciting new artwork by Skye Ryan-Evans.
