This design features a painting by the English artist Sir John Everett Millais, who was one of the founders of the Pre-Raphaelite Brotherhood. It depicts a young girl dressed as Little Red Riding Hood, which is a European fairy tale about a young girl who meets a sly wolf as she travels through the woods to take food to her sick grandmother. She is holding a wicker basket with some cabbages and other vegetables to take to her grandmother; there also appear to be some blue flowers in the basket, which Little Red Riding might have been taking to her beloved grandma as a gift. The original artwork was painted by John Everett Millais in 1864.
