This design features a painting by the American Impressionist artist Joseph DeCamp (1858–1923). It depicts a female cellist as she holds her musical instrument and plays a melody by drawing the bow across the strings. The woman is seated on the edge of a wooden chair as she plays the cello. Her posture is upright but graceful. The cello, which is also known as a violoncello, is a bowed string instrument of the violin family. Its four strings are usually tuned in perfect fifths: from low to high, C, G, D and A. The original artwork was painted by Joseph DeCamp in 1908.
