This design features a monochrome sepia-tined illustration by the English Victorian-era painter Joseph Clark (1834–1926). It depicts a sick young girl being held with affection by her father as her mother holds a bowl of soup to offer to the young child. The girl is recuperating from her illness as her family hopes that she will get better soon. There is also a healthy young girl sitting happily on the floor beside the mother. A pet rabbit is lying on the floor next to the father. It is a beautiful depiction of a loving family supporting their young daughter through an illness that is making her suffer. The original artwork was painted by Joseph Clark in 1857.
