Colored Drawing of 2 Close Friends and Their Dogs Thank You Card
I sketched this duo while in my “middle years” following a wonderfully long evening of dinner and conversation with a number of friends I had known since high school. Many of us still live in the same region so getting together happens regularly. How fortunate I felt having the trust and comforting presence of so many good people. I could have drawn this as a group picture also, but art forms impose limits. My illustrations of the Ladies begins with a pencil sketch on acid free paper, moves on to watercolor painting then colored pencil detailing. The painted image is then scanned and post processed by my partner who posts it to Zazzle on this Thank you card. Thank you for visiting my store and viewing my art work. Pam Elifritz
