Red Poppies are a favorite of mine. Here we see a row of poppies swaying in the breeze. I was invited to visit my neighbor who I found had a healthy display of red poppies that she wanted me to see. I did more than admire them, I got out my sketch pad and drew them as they swayed on that summer day. Later I selected the colors and began creating the picture you see here.
