Never Underestimate ME - SRF Ceramic Ornament
Never underestimate any child ...anyone! As an art teacher who previously was a professional artist and stylist with a Fortune 500 Company, I was ill when I first saw the art produced by my students and heard their constant whining of "I can't do it ...". Personally, I thought the assignments were boring and less than challenging, so ... I decided to do my own thing with nothing to lose (because I surely didn't care to keep teaching with the whining). I assigned the students (1 - 8) professional assignments that were interesting. It suddenly never dawned on them that they couldn't do it, and I accepted nothing less than fantastic .... and that's what I received - phenomenal professional art .... from kids. NEVER underestimate ! In fact, let them know that you realize they are all VERY capable .... and they'll give their best. Sure, some have obstacles to overcome; yet, never underestimate ! . . . I love doing "ornaments' and have so many ready to publish in every category ! Decorate a theme tree. Hang them over a curtain rod year round. Tie them on anywhere. Add them to your gift packaging as part of the wrapping to have as a keepsake. Customize it. If you add to the back (color, text, photo, etc.) it adds to the cost.
