This postcard features Victoria Falls in Zimbabwe. David Livingstone is believed to be the first European to see the falls and he named it in honour of Queen Victoria of Britain. The indigenous Lozi language name, Mosi-oa-Tunya—"The Smoke That Thunders" is commonly used as well.
