This postcard features the sculpture called "Testament: The Little Rock Nine" in Little Rock Arkansas. The artists were John and Kathy Deering. It shows the Little Rock Nine, a group of black students in 1957, defiantly walking together, a representation of that walk through the pressing mob to their first day of classes with white students. The Little Rock Nine were Ernest Green, Elizabeth Eckford, Jefferson Thomas, Terrence Roberts, Carlotta Walls LaNier, Minnijean Brown, Gloria Ray Karlmark, Thelma Mothershed, Melba Pattillo.
