At a Christmas/New Year's feast in Camelot, Sir Gawain takes up The Green Knight's challenge to a head chopping contest. This is, of course, a trick as the Green Knight is an enchanted being. He is seen here making his grand entrance into the hall itself to issue his challange. There is a Christmas card variation and a borderless variation of this card.
