This Niche and That store of the party napkin design acknowledges the historical contribution of the town of Port Byron, New York in the development and production of the first commercial mincemeat company. In particular, Port Byron was the home of T.E. Dougherty's New England Condensed Mincemeat Company, which was the first commercial manufacturer of condensed mincemeat in the latter half of the nineteenth century.
