Joseph Kony, leader of the LRA - Lord's Resistance Army, a guerrilla group. Responsible for killing of civilians in Uganda and Congo, as well as abductions, rape, mutilation and slavery. He is currently on the FBI's most wanted list for crimes against humanity and war crimes, and Rights groups are calling for his arrest in 2012, hoping to make him "famous" enough to finally be stopped.
