Acrylic on canvas, 12×12″ I painted this for my son as the Gaboon Viper is his favorite snake and he wanted it on a t shirt. I enjoyed painting the beautiful markings on its skin, and its graceful coiled pose. The Gaboon viper is highly venomous, which could put people off it, but if you disregard that, it really is a beautiful animal.
