This is a modern tribal bohemian face shield mask inspired by the historical bird-like mask used by doctors to treat the plague in 17th century Europe. This design shows colorful roses and other botanical watercolor plants around and on the mask. The watercolor botanicals represent the herbs and other aromatic plants the plague doctors stuffed into the masks' bird-like beaks with the belief that they filtered smell and airborne plague disease.
