Weeping Willow (c. 1919) by Claude Monet is a vintage impressionist fine art landscape wilderness painting. It is part of a series of willow tree forest paintings that Monet painted in his gardens in Giverny, France. A grove of trees in the autumn season with beautiful colors of the turning leaves. About the artist: Claude Monet (1840-1926) was a founder of the French impressionist painting movement with most of his paintings being "en plein air" (in the open air) style impressionism landscapes.
