White Waterlilies (1899) by Claude Monet is a vintage impressionist fine art floral nature painting. It is one of many variations of the water lilies and Japanese footbridge paintings that Monet painted in his spring season flower garden in Giverny, France. A pedestrian bridge over a pond in green tones. About the artist: Claude Monet (1840-1926) was a founder of the French impressionist painting movement with most of his paintings being "en plein air" (in the open air) style impressionism landscapes.
