Natural Weather Effects Old Boards 3D Texture Look Poster Affiliate icon

Fabulous detail of natural weathering, layers of cracked and peeling paint, ragged textures and organic forms, two wooden boards exposed to the atmospheric elements of the Canadian seasons - pounding rain, heavy winds, snowy blizzards, sleet, ice rain, freeze-thaw cycles, hot sun, humidity - which create effects over the years and give this painted wood a unique character with abstract organic forms and shapes. There are some areas of soft focus which guide the eye into the artwork. In this image paint is cracked and peeling, shades of blue and warm yellow orange, purple red accents in the exposed wood grain. This is one small detail of the back of an old house; the rear wall is an eclectic combination of materials, wood and metal and tarpaper and a few bricks. The house is vacant now and waiting for the wrecking ball. Meanwhile, it continues to go back to nature. Great for men or women, lovers of macro or close-up enlargements, modern art, urban decay, shabby chic, post-industrialism, historical detail artwork. The gaps and shadows of the paint create a 3D look. I've put a black border around this artwork to give it a finished look but of course you can still frame it as desired. Original weather effects photography by M Sylvia Chaume, Canada. Happy blessings!
