Cute Goslings Baby Canada Geese
Baby Canada geese (Branta canadensis) are only a couple of days old and exploring their environment. They can swim about as soon as they emerge from the egg, and find plenty of amusement in water, splashing and dipping and paddling. Mom and Dad Goose are both keeping a watchful eye nearby although you don't see them in this pic. Geese are doting parents. They will even babysit another goose's goslings, and can form multiple family groups with dozens of baby geese being watched by all members of the goose community. I took this photo in early May. There are three little geese in the photo - one is poking around in the mossy shore at back. This pic is great for animal lovers, bird lovers, anyone who likes cute baby animals; these are also a symbol of Canada and this design is a super souvenir!
