Designed after a couple of moms were discussing whether pumped breastmilk needed to be dumped. We obsess over so many details, but based on the data available we know two things: the CDC guidelines are VERY conservative & breastmilk is more stable than we often realize because of these guidelines. We're all doing our best, so here's a little reminder for when you need it: you likely don't need to dump your breastmilk!
