Incorporated in the design on this product is a beautiful reproduction of "Flower Garden and Bungalow, Bermuda" a watercolor and graphite on wove paper painting created in 1899 by Winslow Homer (1836 - 1910). Current location of original work: Metropolitan Museum of Art, Manhattan, New York City, United States of America. Best known for his marine subjects, Winslow Homer was an American landscape painter and print-maker who was largely self-taught. Homer began his career working as a commercial illustrator but later took up oil painting; he also worked extensively in watercolor.
