mini taco salad bowls. Make in cupcake tins. Bake the shell and then add all your taco salad faves. This has some chopped green onion and sour cream on top and cilantro. Inside shells is turkey burger meat mixed with some black beans and taco seasoning. You can add refried beans if you choose or even tomato . This had some small pieces of chopped celery in the mix as well. We leave out the lettuce. And of course...add some cheese. Cook filling in pan ...then fill up the shells..melt cheese on top and Wa La...Put on the toppings of your choice and mmmmm
