Many people now celebrate the Tu Bishvat Seder. The holiday is marked, not only by eating as many different kinds of fruits, dried or fresh, as possible, but also by making recipes using the seven species (7 minim) of agricultural produce mentioned in the Bible as indigenous to the Land of Israel. These seven are: dates, olives, pomegranates, figs, grapes, barley and wheat. This arrangement of the seven species on a variety of table ware will help make your seder memorable.
