Down south, nattily dressed Federal Prohibition Agents dump confiscated Whiskey in the sewer. Well .... it's labeled 'whiskey', but during the prohibition era that was not always the case. Most went in the sewer, but some of it got sent to Treasury Dept Labs where they determined exactly what was in it. Glass negative print with some fingerprint and emulsion damage. I think it adds to the character of the piece.
