Mountza (or faskelo) is one the most common hand gesture in Greece: you quickly extend your arm fully, fingers wide open, the palm facing your "target", simultaneously exclaiming "Parta!" at the top of your lungs. And thus, you have mastered the art of the mountza (the one-handed one, there's a double-handed one for more emphasis).
