In these treacherous times that require social distancing and quarantines, vote by mail is the safe way to exercise your constitutional right to elect the candidates of your choice. Let's not let over 200 years of dependable service be thrown away due to a solvable national financial crisis. There is no substitute, especially in rural areas.
