Folsom Icon: The Johnny Cash Trail Bridge, a bike and pedestrian path, officially opened on Oct. 14, 2017, although this bridge was completed long before that date. The bridge towers were constructed to mimic the guard tower at the main gate of Folsom Prison. Johnny Cash sang "Folsom Prison Blues" at Folsom Prison in 1968.
