In ancient times, Yule was a celebration of the winter solstice that lasted 12 days. It was known for its fantastic parties and wonderful revelry! Today, Yule simply means Christmas and tide means time. Yuletide, or Christmastide, is another way to say the season or days surrounding Christmas and/or the winter solstice. “Yuletide Blessings of Hope and Comfort” is an original illustration inspired by Victorian-style graphic design and typography. This design coordinates with the Holly Star pattern in both red and green. --> NOTE: The piece has a distressed paper background for a vintage appearance. A white or light-colored paper choice is recommended.
