Canary Islands Flag (Canaries) (Canarias, Spain)
This design features the flag of the Canary Islands (known informally as the Canaries), which is a Spanish archipelago in the Atlantic Ocean. At their closest point to the African mainland, the Canary Islands are just over 50 miles west of Morocco. They are the southernmost of the autonomous communities of Spain. The Canary Islands are known in Spanish as "Canarias".
