A design for people with a disability who prefer to use person-first language, calling themselves a "person with a disability" rather than "disabled person". Person-first language is a way of talking about disability that puts the person in front of the disability, e.g. "person with a disability" or "adults with intellectual disabilities". Many people feel that this type of language avoids dehumanizing people with disabilities or making their disability an intrinsic part of them.
