Messier 74 (M74) spiral galaxy, also called NGC 628 from MIRI on the James Webb Space Telescope. This galaxy is around 32 million light-years away from Earth in the constellation Pisces and from earth point of view we see that galaxy almost perfectly face-on. Because of an unobscured view, it's possible to see the heart of the Phantom Galaxy in the Mid-Infrared, because of a lack of gas in the center. Credit: ESA/Webb, NASA & CSA, J.
