In this funny cartoon birthday card, an exasperated doctor is talking to a tipsy, but smiling woman. The woman is clutching a bottle of gin. By default, the doctor says, "No Anne. I told you to, "Keep going to the gym," not, "Keep going to the gin..."" But you can change and personalise any or all of the words on the card as much as you wish.
